Returning to Ritual (Kyoto Retreat)
Payment + Cancellation Policy

Payment:

• A $1200 AUD deposit is required to secure your place.
• A progress payment of $1500 is required 4 months prior to the program start date (20th May 2026). You will receive a reminder email 2 weeks prior to this due date as a reminder.
• The balance payment is required 6 weeks prior to the program start date (10th August 2026)

Cancellation:
• If you cancel your booking less than 12 months, but more than 4 months prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel your booking less than 4 months but more than 1 month prior to arrival your deposit and progress payment are non-refundable.
• If you cancel less than 1 month prior to your booking the full booking cost is non-refundable.
• If you do cancel your booking and should we manage to fill your place, we will refund you all monies paid minus any ‘Stripe’ payment processing fees, plus a $100 marketing and admin fee to fill your place.
