Payment + Cancellation Policy

Payment:

• We require a $650 AUD deposit to secure your place, which is non-refundable.
• The balance payment is required 8 weeks prior to the program start date (30th September 2026)

Cancellation:

• Your deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel your booking less than 2 months prior to arrival your deposit and balance payment are non-refundable. Depending on your reason for cancellation, Melissa Mai may offer you a credit (minus deposit amount) to put towards a future program.
• If you do cancel your booking and we manage to fill your place, we will refund you ALL monies paid minus a $100 admin fee.
